At Her Future Flame, we believe sustainable empowerment requires addressing multiple barriers simultaneously. Our four flagship programs work together holistically, combining menstrual health, leadership development, community advocacy, and digital literacy to create lasting transformation.
Green Period Initiative
Breaking down barriers to education by providing sustainable menstrual hygiene solutions and comprehensive health education.
Reusable Sanitary Pad Distribution
Each participant receives high-quality, eco-friendly reusable pads that last 2-3 years, eliminating the financial barrier and environmental impact of disposable products.
Menstrual Health Education
Comprehensive workshops covering puberty, reproductive health, hygiene practices, and dispelling myths that create stigma around menstruation.
Safe Spaces for Girls
Creating supportive environments where girls can discuss menstrual health openly, access resources, and receive peer support without shame or stigma.

ESL-GEE – Empowered School Leaders for Gender Equitable Education
A leadership-focused initiative funded by Global School Leaders under the Gender Equitable School Leadership Alliance (Cohort 1), designed to strengthen gender-responsive leadership within schools. ESL-GEE works directly with school leaders to build their capacity to create safe, inclusive, and equitable learning environments where all learners — particularly girls — can thrive.

School leaders engage in structured workshops and collaborative learning spaces that support reflection, peer exchange, and long-term institutional change.
Gender Equity in School Practices
Supporting school leaders to integrate gender equity into everyday school practices, decision-making processes, and school development plans.

Structured monitoring and reflection processes combined with action planning to embed gender equity within school systems and culture.
